The season might be starting a little later than the final siren of the Grand Final but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t start getting prepared. Kosta Linardos lists all you need to be ready for what will be another epic Victorian snapper season.

Further up the coast Dean Norbiato heads to Windamere Dam with a tight crew of friends and family on his annual search for big golden perch and finds a lake higher than he’s ever seen. The boys must adapt to the new conditions but strike gold with some clever tactics that pull a lot of nice yellas from a swollen Windamere.
