The coated stainless wire handle has been beefed up to handle the strongest currents and a base plate has been welded rather than screwed together for aded durability and longevity. The finish is hand polished for further durability so you can be sure your cage comes back up the same way it goes down trip after trip. Each cage is supplied with a screw hole in the base for adding extra weight if used in strong current or for deep water. Extra half kilo weights are available.
